LEJ-VEN Venturi injector
The LEJ-VEN Venturi Injector is a high-performance PVDF ejector engineered for efficient gas-liquid mixing in water treatment and industrial applications. Constructed from high-quality PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride), this injector offers exceptional durability with excellent wear resistance, high mechanical strength, and strong resistance to ozone, acids, and alkalis, ensuring a long service life even in harsh chemical environments.
Designed for low-noise operation, the LEJ-VEN utilizes Venturi principle technology to create negative pressure, effectively drawing gases such as ozone or chlorine dioxide into the liquid stream. For optimal performance, a pressure difference of at least 0.2 MPa between inlet and outlet is required, typically achieved by installing a booster pump before the ejector.
The injector features a critical backflow prevention design, incorporating double or triple protection devices to ensure operational safety and prevent gas from flowing back into the system. For maximum efficiency, it is recommended to use the LEJ-VEN in conjunction with a reaction tank. The booster pump delivers water from the bottom side of the tank to the ejector, and the ozone-rich effluent re-enters the tank from the lower section, creating a spiraling upward flow that maximizes mixing and dissolution.
